Leaving Party Number 3.

Amy's Mum Sue and her husband John laid on a wonderful party for us at their house in Basingstoke. Among the guests were Amy's dad and his family as well as Mark's Mum and Aunty Chris. It was a great day with dry weather and lots of alcohol. A huge thank-you to Sue and John not only for putting on the party but also for putting up with us (and the spots of oil on the once clean driveway) for the two and a half weeks before we left.

If anyone is wondering, leaving party number 2 was at our old house in Caversham with some friends - thanks to Martin for honouring his bet and supplying the Champagne and to everyone else who made it. The reports in the local paper of 2 men wearing tartan capes lurking around the park at 5 am have, I am assured, nothing to do with Mark and Ben...
