Kit
Home Up Us Vehicle Paperwork Kit

We've bought loads of stuff with us - possibly far too much, but we can always chuck out, swap or give away the things that we find that we don't use. This section will detail some of the things that we brought which we think are excellent, and some of the things which are either not needed or have proven to be rubbish when used.

Updated 27 August 2005.

As we come to the end of our first camping phase (there's not much scope for camping in Iran and Pakistan), we thought that we would give our opinions on some of the things that we bought with us. These are our own opinions based on our experiences so far, and we hope that they be of use to anyone else thinking of a similar trip.

Below is our original kit list - since the above message we've chucked out even more stuff that hardly ever gets used (for example, the axle stands went to a new home in Nepal. When we've finished our trip we'll update the list to show what we ended up with!
